1. The Service

Otaku PH is an editorial directory of Philippine anime events, streaming platforms, merchandise retailers, cosplay content, and related community information. Content is provided for informational purposes only.

2. Accuracy and editorial independence

We make reasonable efforts to verify event dates, venues, prices, and merchant reputations, but cannot guarantee accuracy. Always verify with the event organiser or retailer before attending or purchasing. We correct errors promptly when notified — see Contact.

3. User submissions

When you submit an event, contact form, or newsletter sign-up, you represent that the information is accurate, you have the right to submit it, and we may publish the event details (not personal contact details) on the site. We reserve the right to reject or remove any submission at our sole discretion.

4. Intellectual property

Original editorial content, guides, and the Otaku PH name and logo are copyrighted by Otaku PH. Anime titles, studio names, character images, and streaming platform logos are the property of their respective owners and are used editorially under fair-use principles.

5. Third-party links

We link to external sites (streaming platforms, retailers, event pages) for your convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Some links may be affiliate links — see our disclosure.

6. Prohibited conduct

• Submitting false, misleading, or spammy event listings
• Automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting beyond reasonable fair use
• Attempting to compromise the site's security or availability
• Impersonating another person or organisation

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that any information is current.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Otaku PH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of Metro Manila.

10. Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
